Onboarding a client project: I had a great time working on a complex client project. There were many new things in the telecom domain that I learned along the way. We had many late nights during the initial phase, and I got to implement route-based route cards, mediation and payment gateway integration. The yearly team lunches and dinners are some of my favorite memories too.

Sarathi is my first organization, and it gave me the opportunity to take ownership of my professional career. My first project was successful, and I went on to complete many more. During my training, Neelabh Sir guided me, which helped a lot. I had a supportive team and friendly colleagues, and after my first year my team lead and manager appreciated my work. It felt really rewarding.

My first memory is my joining day. Soon after, I helped conduct a college campus event in January 2023, which was memorable. Running our Fun Friday activities has created sweet memories full of games and interactions with the whole team. Last year's Christmas celebration and this year's Women's Day, especially Varsha ma'am's speech, were wonderful. Everyone gets a chance to learn something new here.

December 5, 2023: the day I felt my knowledge and skills come to good use. A release I contributed to in a major way went live on production and resolved a lot of issues that had been troubling the team for a while.

The work environment here is unmatchable. Free from office politics and micromanaging, what more can one ask for? The freedom and ownership you get are truly worth appreciating. Feeling blessed to be part of the Sarathi family.

The first time I met our client, Greg, is one of my most cherished memories. His kindness, patience and down-to-earth nature made the whole experience memorable. It boosted my confidence and showed me how important effective communication and genuine human connections are in the professional world. Thank you, Sarathi Softech, and thank you, Amol.

Throughout my tenure there have been many good memories. Professionally, taking the project live during the COVID era and shipping many releases afterwards stands out. Personally, I have enjoyed the participation and the many casual discussions with the team after work hours.

I recently completed seven months at Sarathi, and as my career begins here, this place will always be special to me. I still remember the placement drive when the Sarathi team came to our college, from the aptitude test to the final technical round, all firsts for me. Under the guidance of Ashwin Sir and my team members, I keep improving. Our HR, Rohini ma'am, supported me throughout. From Secret Santa to Fun Friday, many more moments are yet to come.

The first time we went to play badminton at the court, the game was not about winning or even knowing the rules, it was about having fun. I got to know my colleagues on a whole different level. It was a great team-building activity and an explosive, spontaneous experience.

My favorite moments are whenever we achieve automation in our processes, or when I learn something new from a colleague.

I really enjoyed the Secret Santa game we played last Christmas. This year I enjoyed my birthday celebration and the team-building activity, playing badminton with the EarnBill team. I also liked the felicitation program for Ashwin Kumar completing eight years at Sarathi.

My first Fun Friday was organized by Monika on the building's terrace. I had a great time playing the three-legged race and many other games.

Joining Sarathi Softech has been a transformative experience filled with enriching moments. The organization's commitment to innovation, creativity and continuous learning stood out from the very beginning. One of my best memories is receiving an appreciation letter at the end of the year. That recognition boosted my confidence and gave me a deep sense of belonging. The culture of appreciation and support here has made my experience truly memorable.

My best memory is the new technology I learned while working on our project. The positive team spirit is amazing. Proud to be a Sarathian.

One of my best memories was the kids' day celebration at Sarathi. My son Vihan and I enjoyed it a lot. The office was transformed into a cheerful space that day.

Having Kaustubh as a team leader has been one of my best experiences. It helped my career growth, working across multiple technologies and having great conversations about them.
