Refund Policy

Subscription Plans:

  • EarnBill offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Subscribers are encouraged to carefully review the plan details before making a commitment.

Cancellation of Subscription:

  • Subscribers have the option to cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle the subscriber to a refund of any kind.

Billing Cycle:

  • Subscribers are billed on a recurring basis according to the chosen subscription plan. The billing cycle is specified in the subscription details.
  • In the case of a monthly subscription, if the customer fails to renew the subscription for the following month, the account will be suspended immediately upon the subscription end date. If the customer does not subscribe again within seven (7) days of the account suspension, the account will be terminated.
  • In the case of a yearly subscription, if the customer fails to renew the subscription for the following year, the account will be suspended after one (1) month with effect from the subscription end date. If the customer does not subscribe again within fifteen (15) days of the account suspension, the account will be terminated.
  • Following termination, we will transfer your data immediately to you and afterwards we will not retain your data (“Zero-day data retention”).

No Refund :

  • Once a subscriber has chosen and subscribed to a plan, EarnBill has a strict no-refund policy. We do not provide refunds for any subscription fees.
