EarnBill operates on a pay-as-you-go basis. We don’t impose any fees for cancellation. You have the freedom to terminate the service at any time, however, the cancellation will only take effect after the completion of your current term.

Yes, but you do not have to do this explicitly. When your annual revenue grows above US $200K, you will automatically be promoted to the Growth plan. Same is true if your revenue shrinks to US $200K or below, you will be automatically downgraded to the startup plan. You will receive the invoice for the month or year (as per your chosen subscription) for the plan that is applicable to you. If your revenue crosses the US $2 mn mark, then your service on the EarnBill SaaS platform will be stopped immediately. You will be given option to upgrade to our Enterprise Edition. As your revenue approaches US $2 mn mark, we will start sending you warnings so that you can take the decision to seamlessly migrate to the Enterprise Edition.

We track your monthly or annual subscription from the date of your signing up with the EarnBill platform.

There are different yardsticks to calculate the revenue you process in the EarnBill system. The first take is to check the sum total of all invoices you have processed in a subscription year. Your subscription year starts from the date you signed up or your subscription anniversary date if you are associated with the platform for more than a year. If you are running a business where you are not generating invoices on the EarnBill platform, but only adding or processing payments, then the sum total of all payments in a subscription year will be considered as the revenue you processed in the system. If you are a business that generates invoices in EarnBill as well as process or add payments in EarnBill, then the sum total of all invoices will be considered as the revenue you processed.

In case of change in the revenue slab, if you are on a monthly subscription, you would be charged for the new plan from that month. If you are using the annual subscription, then you will be charged for the new plan for rest of the subscription year on a prorata basis. In case your revenue shrinks in a particular subscription year, then we will do prorata calaculations and provide you a credit for your next cycle. The prorata calculations apply only to annual cycles, not for the monthly subscriptions. In any case, there is no provision of a refund.

We have a no refund policy. There is no refund issued in any case. In case you have overpaid considering the next revenue slab, you will be given a credit for your next cycle.
