With EarnBill's notifications, you can effortlessly set up notification messages and send automated reminders for subscription events such as expiration and activation. For example, when a recurring subscription is about to expire, you can notify the customer in advance for renewal. EarnBill allows you to configure up to six automated monthly reminders. You can also set up automated reminder notifications when a customer subscription is activated, providing them with important details such as start date, plan features, and billing dates.

The payment notification option enables businesses to send timely notification messages whenever a payment occurs in the system. EarnBill sends payment notifications when a customer makes a one-time payment against an invoice or when the system automatically processes a recurring payment in the collection process. The notification message contains payment results that inform the customer whether the payment failed or succeeded.

EarnBill allows you to set up automatic email notifications to send invoices on the customer's billing date, with an option to attach the invoice PDF to the email. You can configure and send multiple invoice reminders after an invoice has been sent and before the due date. The feature is customizable, enabling you to modify the message content, language, and delivery method based on your unique business requirements. After the invoice due date, EarnBill's Collections Process sends automated reminders for unpaid outstanding invoices or overdue balances. EarnBill enables you to create custom notifications and associate them with system events, including creating a new customer or a new order. These can be used to send a welcome message to new customers or to share information about new products. Additionally, the system allows you to configure notifications when specific scheduled tasks or processes start and end, notifying authorized personnel or teams in your company.
